The Content Readiness Assessment
Find out if your content is built to last — or just built to sit there.
Most food brands, creators, and platforms have years of recipes and content sitting in an archive. But is any of it structured to be found by search, reused across platforms, or ready for AI discovery? The Content Readiness Assessment gives you a clear, expert answer — and a roadmap for what to fix first.
Your content library might be worth more than you think
There's inherent value sitting in the content you've already created, but only if it's structured to be discoverable, reusable, and machine-readable. Most teams are sitting on:
Recipes with no consistent taxonomy or metadata
Content that search engines and AI tools can't parse or surface
Old assets that could be licensed, repurposed, or turned into new revenue — but aren't
Workflows that make scaling content a constant bottleneck
The Content Readiness Assessment tells you exactly where the gaps are — and what to do about them.
What you get
A structured, hands-on review of your content systems, delivered by Blueberri:
1. Intake Survey A short questionnaire to gather the basics — platform, CMS, content volume, and goals.
2. Platform Audit We go hands-on into your site or CMS to review taxonomy, metadata, schema, and content structure firsthand.
3. Discoverability & Reuse Scorecard A clear picture of how findable and reusable your content actually is — for search, AI, and platform partners.
4. Findings Report A written breakdown of what's working, what's not, and where the biggest opportunities are hiding.
5. Prioritized Roadmap A simple, actionable next-step plan — so you know exactly what to fix first, and what it could unlock (traffic, licensing revenue, partnerships, or operational efficiency).
6. Live Walkthrough Call A session to walk through the findings together and answer your questions.
Investment: $1,500 · [Timeline: 5-7 business days]

FAQs
How long does the assessment take? Most assessments are completed within 7–10 business days of kickoff.
What do I need to provide?
To get started, we'll ask for:
Site/CMS access — either a guest login or view-only access to your platform (WordPress, Squarespace, custom CMS, etc.)
Analytics access — Google Analytics, Search Console, or platform-native analytics (view-only is fine)
A sample of your content — a handful of representative recipes, posts, or listings if you don't want to give full site access upfront
Any existing documentation — style guides, taxonomy/category structures, brand guidelines, or prior audits, if you have them
The intake form will also ask for context on your goals and the right team leads to loop in for the interview — so you don't need to gather anything for that ahead of time.
How does the interview work?
The live interview is typically 30–45 minutes, conducted over video call. We recommend including whoever owns content, SEO, or platform decisions on your team. You can loop in one person or several, whatever makes sense for your organization.
With your permission, the call will be recorded for our internal reference and accuracy. It won't be shared externally. A confidentiality agreement is included as part of our standard process, and we're happy to sign an NDA if your organization requires one.
Is this a fit if I don't have much traffic yet? Yes. Content readiness isn't about how much traffic you have today. It's about whether your existing content is structured to earn traffic, licensing revenue, and partnerships going forward.
What if I want ongoing help after the assessment? The roadmap is designed to be actionable on your own, but most clients choose to continue with a Blueberri retainer to implement it.
