Corporate training & workshops
Custom training for content teams and creators
Beyond keynotes, Sandie designs hands-on training for organizations building or scaling content teams, and for creators ready to run their content like a system instead of a scramble. Every session is customized to the room — keynote-length, a breakout track, or a full working session — and built around Blueberri's signature frameworks.
COSE™
Create Once, Share Everywhere. A structured content framework that turns recipes and content into reusable, multi-channel assets across four pillars: Create With Structure, Organize For Reuse, Share With Intention, and Expand For Reach and Revenue.
ARC™
Awareness, Reframe, Connect. Helps content professionals move from role ambiguity to systems-level clarity — recognizing the realities of hybrid roles, reframing challenges strategically, and building cross-functional, human-centered collaboration.
MAP™
Meaning, Alignment, Platforms. A shared-language framework that helps cross-functional teams define content consistently, align around that meaning operationally, and choose platforms that reinforce it instead of fragmenting it.
For content teams
Agile-informed training for new or scaling content teams: shared language, role clarity, and content operations workflows that hold up as headcount and channels grow.
For creators
Hands-on sessions where creators apply COSE directly to their own recipe or content libraries to reduce burnout, improve discoverability, and unlock reuse and revenue.
